On Saturday July 6th 2024, we held our 3rd Art Club Experience featuring the works of 12 exceptionally talented and hardworking Young Artists. A special afternoon & evening of live theatre, music, dance, and building community.
These Young Actors dedicated time to their craft to share characters, original songs, and stories while juggling multiple other productions, finals, performances, auditions and being a teen. We applaud and recognize these twelve. Support them in their journeys. LIVE ARTISTS OVER AI. <3
Duilio Ramos is an actor born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He started his training at the age of 12 with acting coach Danielle Keaton and has also started training with acting coach John Markland. He enjoys being a part of both stage and on-screen productions. Some past theater productions include “Wonder”, “A Wrinkle in Time”, and “The Center of the Universe” (a stage production that toured around various high schools in Southern California). Most recently, he has been filming episodes as a series regular for the sci-fi horror web series “You Should Be Dead”(available to watch on youtube). Duilio is currently attending California State University, Los Angeles where he studies film & television. Madison Salazar is an actress based in Southern California who began training at the age of 13 with her acting coach Danielle Keaton; She has also studied with John Markland at The Markland Studio. She appeared in Romeo and Juliet (abridged) with Stagelight Productions where she played Lady Capulet. She has since been in three showcases which include her performance of scenes from “I never saw another butterfly”, “Sophie’s Choice” and “Promedy”. Madison is very eager to share more stories alongside other artists and continue to create honest art.Brendan Knox is an Orange County-based performing artist who enjoys the art of storytelling and music making. Brendan has been performing professionally since the age of 7. He has been fortunate to perform regionally with McCoy Rigby Entertainment (Billy Elliot), The Chance Theater (Ragtime), and Performance Riverside (Big Fish, The Addams Family). He was also a proud cast member of “Rebel Genius”, a new musical performed by UCLA Theatre Dept., in 2019. Brendan has performed out-of-state with Tuacahn Center for the Arts, (twice) as part of their Broadway Season. (Matilda, Elf the musical) Currently, Brendan is a junior at Orange County School of the Arts where he is a vocalist in the Montage! Ambassador Performing group. He enjoys performing with his band bros “The Hooligansssss”, in his spare time. He is passionate about Musical Theatre and excited to perform as Percy Jackson in “The Lightning Thief” and Prince Eric in “The Little Mermaid” this summer. She has also studied with John Markland at The Markland Studio. She has appeared in several productions at Stagelight Productions including Alice in the role of Alice. She has also recently appeared in La Habra High School’s musical production of Twelfth Night. She is incredibly excited to showcase her passion for acting on stage alongside fellow artists.Eddiejames Castro recently graduated high school and has been acting since the age of 5. His stage credits include A few good men, willy wonka, night of the living dead, and Romeo and Juliet. He also has an ad from an anti vape camaign airing. He has a passion for riding his bike and writing, and singing in the shower. He has trained at phantom projects under the direction of Danielle Keaton, The Groundlings, Stagelight Performing arts, and the Markland Studio. He is incredibly happy to be here to perform with his closest friends and offers immense thanks to Mrs. Danielle, and his family for accompanying him on this amazingly bizarre journey.Lizzy Calvano is so thrilled to be performing at The Art Club for the second time! She previously performed as Libby Tucker in a scene from I Ought to be in Pictures at The Art Club Experience 2.0. Lizzy takes classes with Danielle at Stagelight Performing Arts, and has also taken classes at Markland Studios. She is so grateful for this opportunity!Mason Ignacio is a well-rounded and versatile actor and artist. Since acting at the age of 6, some of his credits include Romeo and Juliet, Lord of the Flies, Mother Courage, and Nicholas Nickelby. Mason currently trains in the El-Erian Family Acting Conservatory at the “Orange County School of the Arts”. The dynamic performer has acquired many talents under his belt including singing, dancing, playing guitar, and much more. He enjoys making music, skateboarding, and fashion design. Mason hopes his strong passion for performing is able to inspire others to go after what they want in life.Elizabeth Hernandez is an actress based in Southern California. She developed her love for performing arts at the young age of 7. She is currently an acting student of Danielle Keaton and recently performed in an acting showcase with Stagelight Productions. Elizabeth is excited to partake in this experience and share her passion with other artists.Amy Nicole found a love for acting and dancing at the early age of three. She decided to further pursue acting so she moved to California three years ago. California has opened her to many different adventures including, surfing, poetry, snowboarding, teaching yoga, and traveling the world. Amy looks up to the incomparable, Mr Robin Williams, as an actor and as a human. Just as Robin and the characters he has been able to bring to life, Amy wants to inspire as many people as she can through all forms of her art.Isabelle Won is a dancer and aspiring actress born in Southern California, who discovered her love for musical theater at the age of age. She has been dancing for eleven years and currently takes acting classes with Danielle Keaton at Stagelight Performing Arts. Isabelle has performed in many theater productions over the years, including Stagelight Family Productions and Sunny Hills Youth Theatre as well as performing in the Stagelight Acting showcases at Curtis Theater. She is so thankful for this opportunity!Darcy Bettenhausen is an actress from Orange County, who began acting at age 7 in a production of Les Miserables. Soon after she signed up for an acting class with Danielle Keaton, and has been studying under her ever since. Darcy has done various showcases and plays with Performing Arts companies such as; Phantom Projects and Stagelight. She was recently cast as Jo in a production of Little Women with Starlight Theatre Company, and awaits the performances. Darcy enjoys studying her Bible, playing volleyball, and reading classic books. She is very excited to be participating in this Art Club Experience 🙂
